Where are EnergyNext22 Alumni now?

As we are in the lookout of our EnergyNext 2023 cohort, it’s important to remind ourselves of the founders who came before. We caught up with our talented EnergyNext 2022 alumni to see what they are up to after their program experience ended and how things are progressing.

From renewable energy pioneers to clean technology disruptors, our alumni have embarked on diverse paths in the last year to shape the future of energy. Now, it's time to see where their determination, skills, and passion for sustainable energy has led them. Read more below!

  • AmpControl is an AI-powered software that optimises the charging of electric vehicles that reduce charging costs by up to 60%.
    • Big Achievement since program: Launched Charging Management Software & 24/7 monitoring services. Additional 7 major clients and/or upsold renewals ($4K+/mo/ea) since October.
  • Enosi is the world’s first grid-scalable, clean energy traceability solution.
    • Big Achievement since program: Building out electricity retail relationships in Australia and expanding into Singapore, UK and Europe.
  • DNA Energy is an IoT technology company that has modular systems that combine asset, energy and demand management to deliver immediate, measurable savings and improvements to your business.
    • Big Achievement since program: Signed 6x Collins Food Sites and is on their way to the US Market.
  • ClimateClever is a data-driven, online program that enables schools, households, businesses and their communities to reduce their carbon footprint and utility costs while increasing their knowledge around resource efficiency.
    • Big Achievement since program: Adjusted business model to a greater emphasis on B2B which saw great results during the beginning of the year. Incurring consistent monthly revenues as a result. Currently raising with details/terms to be confirmed.
  • Chargur is a leader in cable protector technology for electric vehicles.
    • Big Achievement since program: Completed product prototypes and sent them to interested resellers. Additional signage/warning products are in development to support the first product.
  • Zawn is the world's only carbon negative, circular designed, 100% recycled ocean-bound plastic phone cases.
    • Big Achievement since program: Became a verified supplier to Seaworld and has almost finalised the supply chain - manufacturer, plastic supplier, freight forwarder and national 3pl company. Became the first customer to an EnergyInc 2023 startup, Studio 1.62, a generative AI creative agency.
  • Hydroverse offers a "Proof of Origin" solution that allows for the digital tracing of hydrogen from its production to its consumption.
    • Big Achievement since program: MOU signed between Pandit Deendayal Energy University & Smart Energy Council to allow for Hydroverse inclusion within its Research & Development Project. Connected with Irfan Malik, (NSW President of Aus/India Business Council) who will be the lead investor to their 300k raise.
  • ElocityTech Inc provides tools for managed EV charging while supporting national and local ambitions for cleaner and more sustainable energy systems.
    • Big Achievement since program: Director Prity Singh was invited to speak at a webinar hosted by Amazon on “Women Solving for Public Sector - India.” Elocity Tech became the first Canadian company to receive certification by Open Charge Alliance for their charging management system.
  • LinkedCar created a world-class Customer First Mobility platform for the automotive industry, based on trusted Salesforce technology.
    • Big Achievement since program: Became part of the EIT UrbanMobility and changed their application so their vehicle becomes an NFT.

The EnergyNext alumni have truly embraced the knowledge and skills acquired during the program. They have used them as essential tools to fuel their ongoing growth, evolution, and expansion. We are excited to see how they continue to contribute to the advancement of clean energy solutions and reshape the future of our planet.
