About Changlih
I am currently a member of the Acquisitions, Divestments & New Business Development organisation in Shell. I lead deals, work on deal implementation, venture formation/implementation and post-merger integration for transactions across the globe. Prior to this, I spent most of my career in engineering and project delivery roles focusing on assessing technical feasibility & commercial viability of early phase opportunities (Oil, Gas and Offshore Wind) and maturing / delivering the most promising opportunities to fruition. Part of that evaluation includes assessing best available technologies to enable or improve the opportunities. In another role, I have also been involved in the screening, development, and deployment of a digital tool to the Shell project professionals globally. I have lived and worked in Malaysia, USA, and The Netherlands before moving to Singapore in 2022.
