About Simon
Dr. Simon J.D. Schillebeeckx is Assistant Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business of SMU. He is the co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Handprint, a Regeneration-as-a-Service platform that helps companies capture business value from the creation of positive impact in the world. Simon also co-founded the Global Mangrove Trust, a non-profit building technology for and organizing projects in mangrove restoration. Simon obtained a PhD in Innovation Management from Imperial College London, worked in sustainable innovation consulting, and read Corporate Social Responsibility (MA, Nottingham University) and Commercial Engineering (BSc & MSc, Catholic University of Leuven).
