I’m a passionate Head of Scouting and Ecosystem Builder at Startupbootcamp Australia, where I lead our post-merger global scouting efforts across Energy, Finance, Food and SportsTech. I partner directly with industry leaders like Shell and Mitsubishi (and select brands such as Kraft, Pepsi, Simplot and Alliander) to co-design innovation programs that deliver tailored startup pipelines and measurable business impact.

My strength is in stakeholder delivery and expectation management—designing fast-tracks, selection days and demo days that align founders’ ambitions with corporate KPIs. As a certified Facet5 practitioner, I’ve debriefed leadership and teams internally and with startup cohorts to optimize collaboration and decision-making. I’ve also built and mentored a high-performing scouting team, training interns in advanced outreach, market intelligence and deal-flow management.
