Her multifaceted career includes high-level tenures at Credit Suisse and Bayfront Capital Advisors, where she specialized in cross-border M&A and institutional debt and equity raising for clients in Singapore and China. A dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Xinhui also founded Little Koala Pte. Ltd., where she spent over five years developing a holistic, Reggio Emilia-inspired childcare program.
