About Eva
Eva Au is a transformation strategist and founder with more than two decades across Asia Pacific helping organizations turn complex technology ambition into commercial outcomes. A former Managing Director at IDC and CEO across multiple ventures, she has led regional expansion, closed multimillion-dollar deals, and coached over 5,000 hours of senior leaders and founders. Her focus sits at the intersection of business, technology, and people, especially the human side of high-stakes adoption where innovation succeeds or fails inside legacy cultures rather than in product features.
Today, as Founder of The Auriginal Company and Managing Director at Sabio World, she works with startups and enterprises to sharpen value propositions, identify real buyers, and move deals forward through trust and clear decision logic. She mentors founders on growth strategy, investor storytelling, and navigating complex ASEAN industries such as financial services and public sector, translating innovation into the language executives care about: resilience, risk, and measurable business impact.
Outside work, she is a self-professed foodie who enjoys cooking and experimenting with fusion dishes, treating the kitchen much like innovation, part structure, part intuition, always iterative.
