About Jasie

Jasie Fon is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience across sales and corporate management, entrepreneurship and digital transformation in Asia. She has regional market expertise, entrepreneurial discipline, enterprise applications and cybersecurity expertises and built double digital growth for multiple organisations.

As co-founder of an award-winning IT professional services firm, Jasie managed P&L, strategic growth and risk and human capital, scaling the business to profitability from its first year and leading it through a successful acquisition by a U.S. company. This entrepreneurial journey sharpened her ability to balance growth with governance, develop resilient teams and assess opportunities with an investor’s lens.

In her corporate career, Jasie has held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, Workday, Darktrace and Ping Identity where she is currently Regional Vice President for Asia. She has cross-border experience across ASEAN, North Asia, Japan and India where she has successfully led market entry, regional sales and transformation strategies across multiple countries, including managing enterprise customer portfolios, navigating regulatory and compliance requirements and integrating cultural diversity into scalable business models.

An Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors and Committee Member of its Digital Chapter, Jasie also serves as Board Advisor to Lions Befrienders Service Association.

Recognised as one of the Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023, CRN Asia’s Top 30 Most Influential Women Leaders in Tech 2025 and CRN Asia's Women of the Year, Vendor 2025. Jasie is also a published thought leader with numerous articles published in various media across the region.
