About Sidharta

Sidharta Andalam is a seasoned innovation strategist and venture architect with over a decade of experience bridging the gap between advanced R&D and scalable market impact. Currently serving as a Venture Architect at the National University of Singapore, he drives early-stage founders from ideation to impact through strategic mentorship, market intelligence, and high-value ecosystem connections. His career is highlighted by a nearly seven-year tenure at Bosch, where as an Innovation Manager for the Circular Economy, he spearheaded the development of new business opportunities in EV battery recycling and emerging digital technologies like AI.

With a robust technical foundation, Sidharta has held Senior Research and Fellow positions at Delta Electronics, NTU, and the University of Auckland, specializing in Smart Manufacturing (Industry 4.0), cyber-physical systems, and resilient hardware platforms. An entrepreneur at heart, he previously founded 3TwoOne, an IoT software platform designed to simplify application development. Sidharta excels at technology scouting, negotiating complex innovation projects between corporate units and startups, and managing global stakeholders to turn visionary concepts into sustainable, funded ventures.
