About Michel
For the past 30 years I held senior leadership roles with global companies, including DHL and FedEx, in Europe and Asia. My career was built around data, AI/ML, automation, and emerging technologies, and leading, coaching and mentoring innovation teams. I lived and worked in different countries and diverse cultures, helping people from all backgrounds build the career they aspire.
After leaving corporate in 2024, I launched Emersion to help people and organizations reinvent themselves in the AI era. Now, with ChangeIsGrowth, I offer coaching for individuals and teams, who want to thrive in work and life.
I work with leaders and professionals in innovation, transformation, and high-impact roles. My clients often operate in fast-paced environments where visibility is high, expectations are intense, and stakes are constantly shifting. Many are taking on new responsibilities, preparing for major career moves, or grappling with how to stay effective without compromising health, energy, or overall wellbeing.
I am certified as Professional Coach by the Collective Change Institute in Singapore and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
