About Jin Kiat
Jin Kiat Koh (JK) began his career leading business operations, transformation, and supply chains across Asia, navigating complexity, building resilient teams, and witnessing firsthand how leadership decisions shape not only results, but impact lives. He experienced the highs of purposeful leadership and the lows of misaligned cultures, which deeply shaped his conviction to help organizations lead better from the top. Over the course of his career, JK broadened his contribution, working at and advising organisations on strategy, stakeholder engagement, and ESG. Along the way, he became a Certified ChairTM (Advisory Board Centre), an Accredited Director (Singapore Institute of Directors), and was trained in sustainability by KPMG, SID, BGC, NTU; and the SDGs through GRI. His passion for leadership development also led him to become a Certified Adult Educator (SkillsFuture Singapore) and an Approved Instructor for Leadership & Lifeskills with the Ministry of Education, Singapore. He is now pursuing a PhD at ESCP Business School in Paris, France, focused on the impact of corporate social investment in Asia. All of this is in addition to an already impressive career characterized by personal achievements and delivering business growth. Today, JK helps organisations and leaders lead with purpose, clarity, and accountability. He supports governance and business teams with scenario planning, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable value creation. Grounded in operational insight and global context, he brings a unique voice to businesses and boardrooms — combining rigour, relevance, and responsibility.
