The problem we're solving
Retail merchants, both physical and online, are working blind and suffer from standalone disconnected systems. They need to manually transcribe into accounting, inventory, and customer systems for every item sold. This creates manual work, accuracy issues, and discrepancies. There is no follow up on customer experience or satisfaction.
Our solution
Shypv provides the back office for retail merchants. We automate their order management system, with modules such as inventory, sales, and accounting to create recurring revenue, customer success, and capture all transactions data. We create a digital record for every customer, and enhance operational efficiency by saving time, reduce costs, and increasing sales.
Our differentiator
Shypv targets merchants with 20-200 stores. We are more economical than SAP and Oracle who operate in the 200+ segment, offering similar best in class solutions to the mid market retailers. Shypv is modular providing additional flexibility to its competitors by offering a wide choice of add on modules.
Biggest achievement
Signed an agreement with Cegid, who has 47% of the French luxury retail POS market serving Cartier, to Louis Vuitton Globally to support them on "outside France" deployments. Signed an agreement with ZID, the Shopify of Saudi Arabia, with over 13,000 merchants stores. In pipeline: Shippo, Sendcloud, Aftership, Auctane, Searates, Lengow, Gorgias.
