Millions of fans miss the action at live events while waiting in line for concessions and merchandise, while venues and vendors fight to engage fans, drive revenue, manage staff and, more recently, implement COVID-19 risk mitigation strategies. Although many mobile ordering platforms, food aggregators and tap and pay products exist, these products are not designed for the scale of large venues and fail to address the specific logistical challenges associated with catering in these environments.

Snackr is a digital ordering platform designed to keep fans in the action and out of the queues at live events. Snackr increases revenue, smooths the demand curve, improves staff utilization and provides bespoke marketing opportunities for corporate partners - all in the name of delivering a market-leading event experience!

Our platform differs from standard digital ordering products on the market because it is specifically designed for large venues and is tailored to the unique challenges faced in these environments. The Snackr experience emulates the customer journey of popular food aggregators to allow fans to order from their mobile while customising the backend to the bespoke requirements of live events and large venues. This enables digital ordering to work in these environments where other food delivery products cannot. Snackr differentiators include venue-specific integrations, load management technology, bespoke marketing opportunities and valuable data analytics which improve the fan experience and optimise catering operations while driving additional revenue for venues and corporate partners.

Snackr's greatest achievement to date was the successful launch of our MVP at Blundstone Arena in 2020. We launched at the BBL amidst Covid-19 uncertainty with a small but passionate Snackr team of 3 and saw amazing results, with 98% of fans saying they would use Snackr again, translating to over 60% of fans placing repeat orders. We also realised a 55% increase in average spend for the venue and saw over 50% of that revenue generated during off-peak times. Blundstone Arena GM Stephen McMullen was thrilled with the results, saying "Snackr is an excellent product that has instant results to the bottom line!" and the launch culminated in the venue resigning with Snackr for the 2021 AFL season.
